Susanna Harvey

Mrs. Susanna Harvey, life long resident of Logan Township, died at the home of a son Giro, Sunday morning, after an illness of several weeks.

Mrs. Harvey was born December 5, 1862, the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Richards Loveless. She had been a life-long resident of Logan Township. When she was a young woman she was married to Abraham Harvey who preceded her in death some years ago.

Surviving are the following children; William Harvey, of Glezen, Mrs. Stella Tolbert, Warner Harvey, Eldon Harvey, all of Hazleton, Mrs. Lettie Moore, or Patoka. Mrs. Etta Harvey of Princeton, Mrs. Betty Sullivan, of Hazleton and a half-sister Mrs. Rosa Rumble, two half-brothers, Casper Beck and Emanuel Beck, together with many other relatives and countless friends.

Mrs. Harvey was a member of the church at Olive Branch and had long been identified with the congregation there. Few women in that part of the county were ever better known, although she spent nearly all her time at home and did not get about very much. She possessed all those attributes that go to makes a home-loving wife and mother. The funeral services will be held at the Olive Branch Church at 10 o'clock this Tuesday morning and the body will be laid to rest in the Richards Cemetery.
