Mrs. Annie Moore
Mrs. Annie Wither Moore, 71, widow of the late Edward Moore, died Sunday morning at 7 o'clock at the home of her sister, Mrs. Jessie Hull, 315 east Walnut Street, following an illness of the past several months.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Colvin & Sons Chapel, with the Rev. John C. Williams, pastor of the United Presbyterian Church, in charge. Burial will be in the Warnock Cemetery.
Surviving are one son, Edward W. Moore, Scottsburg, Ind. Four stepchildren, Mrs. Charles Scott east of Princeton, Miss Nettie Moore, Ripon, Wis. And Boyd Moore, east of Princeton; one sister, Mrs. Hull, Princeton; two brothers, John C. Wither, Warrensville, Ohio and Alex P. Wither, Tampa, Florida; three grandchildren, Barbara Jean, John Edward and Carol Sue Moore.
She was born in Princeton march 5, 1871, and resided in Princeton and Gibson County all her life, residing many years in the Fairview Church Community, east of town, where her husband Edward Moore, died January 12, 1938.
She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
The body will be at the home of Mrs. Hull until Tuesday noon.
