The Moreno Law Office concentrates exclusively on cases involving the immigration and nationality laws of the United States. 

 

 

Attorney Madeleine S. Moreno received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA and bachelors degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.  She was admitted in the District of Columbia and is eligible to practice before the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice and U.S. consular offices anywhere in the U.S.  She is a member of the American Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association.  While in law school, Attorney  Moreno received the MA Bar Foundation Legal Intern Fellowship Award.  She worked for the Community Legal Services and Counseling Center in Cambridge, MA handling political asylum cases and helping battered spouses and children apply for immigration benefits.  She also interned with the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy (MIRA) Coalition advocating on a bill to allow undocumented students access to in-state tuition rates at all public universities and colleges.
