Peter Sam is a happy, kind engine. He is often teased by the others, but they love him really. He was tutored by Duke and has great respect for him, despite ribbing him about his age. Being a hard worker by nature, he seldom grumbles about late hours or extra work. (Peter Sam is also known as Stuart.)
