Michael Roman's Most Wanted Ancestors

The following ancestors have given me the greatest amount of frustration in my search for their origins and/or breaking through the brick walls on them would likely bear the most fruit in the quest for new ancestors.  If you can help in identifying their origins or additional family members, I would be most grateful.

1. Found! Noah Morell (1824-1894) of Neversink, NY and Marlboro, VT, husband of Lucy Ball (1832-1908)
Noah claimed to have been born in Neversink, NY, which does not have records for the early 1800's. In census records he claimed his parents were both born in Vermont. The likely timeframe for their births would be the 1790's plus or minus.

1a. James Morell (b., say, before 1805, death date unknown) of Neversink, NY at one time, husband of Loisa Liss
The only information know about this couple is their names from their son's death record in 1894. There is no census record of a Morell family in Neversink, NY nor of a couple with these names.

2. Sarah Brewer (c.1744-?) of Acton, MA, wife of Timothy Fletcher (1728-1779)
Sarah named her first born son Daniel Brewer Fletcher, which strongly hints at her father's name being Daniel Brewer, and there is a man of this name in the right area at the right time, but unfortunately there is no record of him having a daughter named Sarah.

3. Mary Latiny or Mary Lattney (c.1732-1811) of Westborough, MA and Newfane, VT, wife of Artemas Bruce (1728-1811)
Mary was an orphan, originally named Thankful, who was placed with the Tainter family in the 1730's in Westborough.

4. Elizabeth, maybe Chamberlain, wife of Timothy Fletcher (1704-1763+)
Winifred Lovering Holman suggests Elizabeth may have been a daughter of Edmund Chamberlain of Concord.

5. Thomas Wescott or Westcott or Wascoat (c.1700-?) of Middleborough, MA, husband of Hannah Reynolds (1702-?)
Whitman in his supplement to his Westcott genealogy claims that Thomas was the son of Jeremiah from Warwick, RI, but his proof doesn't seem to hold up under scrutiny.

6. David Ball (?-1805) of Dartmouth, MA and Wilmington and Somerset, VT, husband of Sarah Badcock (1733-1785)
David pops up in the Dartmouth records with his marriage to Sarah in 1753.

7. Elizabeth Waste (?-1779+) of Dartmouth, MA, wife of George Badcock (1692-1771)
Elizabeth may have been related to Richard Waste of Dartmouth, but there seems to be a scarcity of records for some families in this area of early Massachusetts.

8. Sarah Deneson (c.1660-?) of Milton and Dartmouth, MA, wife of Return Badcock (c.1660-?)
One theory holds that Sarah was an illegitimate child of a Deneson woman. The Denesons in that area were from a very well to do family and have a rich pedigree, so it would be nice to be able to tie into them.

9. George Charter (?-1745) of Hartford, CT, husband of Sarah Case (1703-1765+)
George was possibly from Scotland but very few records have been found for him and none before 1721.
