 We
are gearing up for the Bike MS, Great Lakes Breakaway, Ride
2008, Presented by Dow and making it more exciting than
ever! Our goal this year is to have 1,900 riders and
to raise more than $1.4 million toward our mission of
creating a world free of MS.
As a previous participant, I would like to
extend a special invitation for you to take part in our
“Ticket To Ride” promotion .
If you register at our Early Bird Registration rate of $50
by April 15, 2008 you will be able to register up to THREE
new riders (they must be new riders to the Bike Ride having
never participated in the Society’s Bike MS Ride before for
FREE! This is a great way to start a new team or to
recruit people you know to join you. All registered riders
are still responsible for raising the minimum pledge of
$250, but they will have a jump start on their fundraising
with the waived $50 reg fee.
This year we will also be offering a greater
variety of route lengths in order to have something for
everyone from the beginning cyclist to the most experienced
rider. We will also be offering one day ride options for
both the West Michigan and Mid Michigan events. Our hope is
these changes will help to make it easier than ever for you
to recruit new riders. To view details on the event please

Enclosed you will find a
registration form
for the Bike MS 2008 Ride (please feel free to make copies
if needed). In order to participate in the program and
receive free registration the attached registration form
must be used and should be mailed to the address below.
Please note that you do not need to mail all registration
forms at one time in order to qualify for the promotion.
