my heart thumps along straining at 180 revolutions per minute

every time the liquid outline of her body crosses my mind

her image affects me

like the silky caress of a tattooing needle scraping across the skin

or electric chili pepper sparks bursting across the tongue

in her presence I am a combination of white hot pain and white hot pleasure

her incandescent smile punctures me

her pure unvarnished soul envelopes me

lifts me up from the submerged depths
