ENTRY FEE: $15.00 for C-1 / no entry fee for C-2

Race registration 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. at Mormon Island State Recreation Area (I-80 exit 312) with a course briefing at 8:45 a.m. for C-1 and 11:45 a.m. for C-2.

The race will be a looped downstream/upstream course .The Platte River is a sand bottom river with moderate current and the channel normally runs 1 to 2 feet deep. The combination of the shallow water and the upstream paddling will provide a challenging race course. The C-1 race should take approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes. The C-2 race will be a slightly shorter course and take about 1 hour.
