For goodness sake! If you are going to have your website hosted somewhere do not do it with a "company" working out of a spare room in their house. Please research the people you are hosting your site with! Do not just pick somebody off the street. Would you just leave your physical storefront in the hands of the first person who said they could run the register? NO, of course you wouldn't. Yet people seem to do this all the time with their domains. *sigh*
