I've always been intrigued by accents and dialects. I'm not sure what exactly it is about them. I don't know if it's the plain and simple representation of a different culture or if it's something deeper.


    The odd part is 90% the time when a foreign client/sales person calls I answer the call. Well today I phoned a business in Texas to see about getting an estimate. Imagine my surprise when an Australian accent said, "Lone Star ******." The irony made me smile. It's one of the only things that's made me smile today as I've had a migraine since I woke up.
