I tried to post the following on Sunday night but Blogger was having trouble.
{As sung by Agador Sparticus} "She works hard for the money, eee eee eee eee, so hard for the money, eee eee eee eee, I work hard for the money, so ju better treat me right! ah, that's right!" Well I'm back from Canada and I've already been back to work. Everybody said that they missed me. Felicia even told me about 8 times in the car after she picked me up at the airport. The boss told me how important I was and how he hadn't realized ALL the little stuff that I took care of. It's very nice that he noticed. He could have just asked Felicia though. *smiles*
Well I miss Greg but it isn't as bad as it was. It's just like one of us went away for a few days on business at this point. Come Christmas Eve I'll miss him terribly. If all goes well with the new form that I'm filing this week the wait shouldn't be too much longer. It was very nice to get to visit him and my new family. I didn't see Colin too much though as he was either always working or out with his friends. Good news is he is always gone so it wasn't me that scared him off. :)~
And now for the bit you all knew was coming. Lord of the Rings!!!! Aragon and Legolas!!! Or as I say when trying to get Felicia or Greg's attention about it, "Leg-ooooooooooo-las!" A neighboring city is having a midnight showing Tuesday night. I would go but given where it is I would rather not attend it alone. Plus getting up the next morning to open would be bad, very bad. Mom and I do plan on going as soon as we can though. wooo!!!!
You might have seen reference to the newest member of the family a couple post back. Well, Kira is huge now! She was 1 pound when I left and she is now 2 1/2. She is growing like crazy and believes that she is a big cat like everyone else now. She's a mess. If I can use the scanner Tuesday I'll have pictures.
