Holidays

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. I received some nice gifts like a new watch and lots of Firefly dvd's. I also have a shiny new gift certificate to Barnes and Noble thanks to Amanda and Jon. Now the work starts for all of you since I can only come up with one book that I want. I need some recommendations.

What do you think I should read? I'll read just about anything but I do prefer Sci-fi, Fantasy, and Mystery. So comment away with your ideas.
