Unknown sender

Shortly after my birthday back in May I received House of Shards by Walter Jon Williams from a store in Florida. There was no card, note, or packing slip so I have no clue who sent it. I emailed the usual suspects but nobody has fessed up. A mystery!

So, just in case I guessed wrong or the sender wishes to remain anonymous I'll say it here, thank you. I've added it to my stack of books to read and will let you all know what I think at a later date.
