Governor to Sign Youth Week Proclamation
Kevin Crook, Chairman of the Nebraska Elks Association Youth Activities
Committee, has announced that Governor Johanns will be signing a Proclamation
declaring Elks Youth Week in Nebraska.
Crook and some Elk dignitaries, and anyone else who would like to join them,
will meet with the Governor on Wednesday, April 21st, 2004, at 10 a.m.
They will meet in the Warner Chamber at the State Capitol Building in Lincoln,
Nebraska.
Crook has encouraged the 23 Nebraska Lodges to have their city majors or other
community leaders sign proclamations in their towns and cities and to have or
promote youth activities to hi-lite this week and the entire Elks year.
