Congratulations on Achieving a PLUS ONE
I would like to take this opportunity as the Chairman of the Membership
Committee to congratulate the Operation Positive Attitude Team on their participation in the membership program this year. Your outstanding
dedication and hard work rounding up new members and reinstating previous
members has paid off as we have achieved the PLUS ONE goal in membership set by
our Grand Exalted Ruler Amos McCallum.
You as members of the Operations Positive Attitude Team, put this goal as one of
our Lodge’s top priorities and should be very proud of your accomplishment.
The OPA Train was put into high gear over the last few months and was completely
successful in achieving its goal. This is a milestone for our Lodge, as
over the past several years we have experienced a decline in membership.
I would like to extend a very special thanks once again to all members who
participated in making the goal of a PLUS ONE in membership a reality. I
encourage all members to continue to participate in the membership program and
to invite your family members and friends to our Lodge to experience what Elkdom
is all about; to see how we help the youth within our community and to see the
many different programs we sponsor to help those in need. Let’s continue
to round up members to help fuel the Operation Positive Attitude Train for the
coming year.
