Kramer to Take Reins of the Nebraska Elks Association
Terry R. Kramer of the Ogallala Elks Lodge will be installed as the Nebraska Elks Association President at their annual convention on Sunday, May 1, at approximately 11 a.m.
In the audience for the installation will be Terry's wife, Leanna, and their four grown children with their spouses, three grandchildren and many family friends.
Terry has held numerous officer positions and committee chairs as a member of the Ogallala Elks. He has performed on three Ogallala Elks Ritual Teams that captured state championships and competed at the national level. He is heavily involved in the Hoop Shoot Program in Ogallala and at the state level and has served as vice president of the Nebraska Elks during the last three years.
Terry has been a physical education teacher for 35 years, the last 24 being in the Ogallala Public Schools. He has coached a variety of sports in his career and is currently the Head Girls Track Coach in Ogallala. Terry has served honorably in the U.S Army National Guard.
On Saturday afternoon at 5 p.m. there will be a reception at the convention to honor and have Elks meet Terry and his wife Leanna and family members.
