Warning Description: Heat Advisory

Warning Date: 1:28 am PDT on July 30, 2015

WarningSum:...Heat Advisory Now In Effect Until 11 Pm Pdt Saturday...

Warning Message:The heat advisory is now in effect until 11 PM PDT Saturday. 
* Temperature: highs of 100 to 110 degrees today and Friday. 
* Locations include: Grants Pass...Cave Junction...Medford...
  Ashland. 
* Impacts: there is higher risk for heat exhaustion and heat 
  stroke. Those who are elderly...sick...or Young are more 
  susceptible to heat related illnesses.
* View the hazard area in detail at

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
* do not leave pets or children in automobiles for any length of 
  time. 
* Use caution near area rivers...which are cold and can have 
  strong currents...and be sure to wear a life jacket.
