I spent 29 years of my life in an 18 wheeler and during that time I learned a lot about what truckers are looking for on the road. Trucking has changed so much since I retired in 2002, drivers have personal computers in the trucks now so they can get online help, or maybe just search for entertainment while waiting to load or unload. I've traded my truck seat now for a desk chair where I spend a lot of time searching the web for links of interest to truckers. My hopes are that you will be able to come to my website and find almost everything you are looking for. |

Trucking was good to my wife and I, running as team drivers turned out to be a great decision. We promised ourselves from the beginning that we would not run around this great country without stopping to "smell the roses". There is so much to do and see in the United States and Canada and we took full advantage of it. Oh believe me, my wife and I had days when we just could not get along, I think that would be impossible for any two people confined to a small area for weeks at a time, but it was usually just simple things like, "get your shoes off of my side of the truck" and "you do your own log books". We don't regret one minute of our life on the road, and yep, we miss it sometimes. Ya'll be safe out there and KEEP ON TRUCKING.
