That is to say impartially, I leave and bequeath to my son John BOOKOUT the hundred and fifty acres of land which I now live upon which includes my improvements and buildings and is on a separate deed from the rest of my land. I leave unto my daughter Nelly SMITH the hundred acres I once sold Thomas J. Brown and I took back again.
