Christmas at Barney's Orphanage and
Paris Lynn's Charm Skool
Merry Christmas
from
Paris Lynn
Chessy
and Bob the Tail
Lily Ruth Fluff
Noelle Marie Doodlybug
We posed for our Christmas card picture.
Paris Lynn is enjoying "The Watching" written by her own Milliemom.
Bells on Bob Tail ring!  Actually Bob got a new set of bells this Christmas!
We've had the Hanging of the Greenies
Paris Lynn, Noelle Marie, and Lily Ruth donned their tutus for the annual performance of The Nutcracker.
While Lily Woof snoozed under the tree, Chessy sang several of his favorite Christmas carols....like "Chessy roasting by an open fire...."
Paris and Chessy watched out the window for Santa.
Look!  It's DoodlyClaws driving a tiny sleigh full of toys pulled by a mouse!
Lily heard a knock at the back door.  "Were we expecting company?" she woofed curiously.
We're always expecting company since we run an orphanage here," Paris Lynn yapped cheerfully.  "Looky, it's a nekkid corgi mix!"
Paris Lynn quickly dressed the orphan in Barney's old snowman bandana.  "May I come in and spend Christmas with you?" Rambler barked hopefully.  "I can't find my owner.  He set me out on the highway and took off in his pickup truck.  I was at the shelter, but suddenly there was no room in the inn, if you know what I mean."
Paris Lynn observed the great Kallista tradition of the
Chewing of the Yule Log.
Noelle Marie crooned, "I'm Dreaming of a Whitely Christmas."
Rambler looked all over the yard....
...and he looked under the tree for what he wanted most....
A home of his own to go to after Christmas!

"Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares."
Many thanks to the staff and orphans of Deedles Orphanage in NC who made us the beautiful felted Christmas ornaments that are decorating our page.  Their newest staff member, Berry, shows how she helped with her own little paws!
