Spud Dogs AKA Potato Dogs |
Barney the Original Spud Dog |
1. He's an Irish Potato Dog. He uses those little feet to help the farmers dig their potatoes. 2. Or he's a Corn Silk Spaniel. They call him that because of all that silky hair around his ears. 3. Or sometimes Barney is a Russian Spud Dog. They dig spuds with their little feet. |
Back in 1998, when people would ask what kind of dog Barney the Corgihuahua was,
his Waynedaddy would tell them: |
A new breed was born! |
Note the beeyootyful spud shaped markings on this female spud dog! |
Here's a bobtailed spud stud dog. Say that three times real fast! |
A mother spud dog inspects her new spudlings. |
Obviously they inherited their reddish orange glow from their mother. |
Spud dogs with the sweetest temperaments produce the sweetest spudlings! |
A good mother spud dog keeps her spudlings warm in their nest. |
Even a pint sized female may produce a bushel of spudlings! |
