Each has a different set of requirements. You may choose from the Path of the Hunter (PvE and questing), the Path of Crafts (advancing in Crafting skill) or the Path of the Slayer (advancing in Realm Levels). Paths may be mixed from one guild rank to the next, i.e., you may achieve Rank 7 with the Path of Crafts, Rank 6 with the Path of the Hunter and Rank 5 with the Path of the Slayer.
