Dragon Guard Quest

To advance from rank 8 to rank 7


Gather the following items -

  • 1 pristene wolf hide
  • 1 ivory-handled skinning knife
  • 1 bear's tooth
  • 1 fishing pole
  • 1 anger sprite wing


Complete the following game quests :
  • Spicket, Spackit, Spykit
  • Straw's In Town
  • Spinner Cloak
  • Scuttle
  • The Hunt for Bristle

Complete the following "storyline" quests :
  • Bard, Champion, Enchanter, Nightshade - Strange Matters Indeed & Roane Skin
  • Eldritch, Hero, Ranger, Warden - Destructive Forces & Connla's Well
  • Blademaster, Druid, Mentalist - Enchanting Willow & Wug's Jug


Take a screenshot or screenshots showing you've completed the quests, using the /quest command to display those already completed, email it/them to odf_daoc@hotmail.com, then present the 5 items gathered above to the Dragon Lord/Lady.

Reward : Promotion to rank 7, 5 gold, promotion to the Grand Roster rank of Dragon Initiate with approval of the Dragon Council.



Dragon Slayer Quest

To advance from rank 7 to rank 6


Gather the following items -

  • 1 fairie horse mane (fairie horse - Bri Lieth)
  • 1 windy zephyr essence (lesser zephyr - Shannon Estuary
  • 1 streaming wisp essence (streaming wisp - Connacht)
  • 1 sunstone (koalinth sentinels, wardens - Koalinth Caverns)
  • 1 malachite (walking rocks - Connacht, Silvermine)


Complete the following game quests :
  • Lesser of Two Evils
  • Alastrona's Chest
  • Regional Distinctions
  • Occupation of Lough Gur
  • Sraoi's Heart


Complete the following "storyline" quests :
  • Bard, Champion, Enchanter, Nightshade - Seek the Moonstone
  • Eldritch, Hero, Ranger, Warden - Stolen Ore
  • Blademaster, Druid, Mentalist - Cad Goddeau (level 20)


Take a screenshot or screenshots showing you've completed the quests, using the /quest command to display those already completed, and have your inventory screen open showing items received for the "storyline quests for the screenshot and email it/them to odf_daoc@hotmail.com, then present the 5 items gathered above to the Dragon Lord/Lady.

Reward : Promotion to rank 6, 10 gold, promotion to the Grand Roster rank of Dragon Initiate with approval of the Dragon Council.


Dragon Ravager Quest

To advance from rank 6 to rank 5


Gather the following items -

  • 1 shape changer's skull (pooka - Cursed Forest, Lough Gur, Bog of Cullen)
  • 1 silvermine sentry insignia (silvermine sentry - Corruscating Mines
  • 1 briar horror mask (far darrig - Lough Gur, Bog of Cullen)
  • 1 Fine Bear Pelt (unearthed cave bears - Cursed Forest)
  • 1 medallion of Midgard or Albion (Spectral Invaders - Breifine, Cruachon Gorge, Mt. Collory)
