Back Care with YBR Flair
Most who treat low back pain agree that it can be treated with mind-body therapy. Although yoga and Pilates are ultimately the best possible way to maximize back health, in the short run the vigorous twists, turns, and bends of advanced moves can actually cause back injuries. So, to heal and strengthen your back gently we’ll combine Yamuna® Body Rolling, yoga, Pilates and some traditional physical therapy movements.
You’ll learn to roll parts of the body that typically play a large role in back pain – feet, hamstrings, and abdomen. And you will be led through three series of movement patterns combining various percentages of physical therapy, yoga and Pilates.

Weight training is an all important element of preventative movement
medicine. Tone your upper body with free weights. Add in Yamuna® Body
Rolling to align and open up the chest, shoulder and upper back muscles.
