Oanda is a great currency market maker.  They offer very tight spreads on major currency pairs as well as a wide variety of pairs to trade.  While their platform is not as advanced as some of the other currency platforms like Metatrader, they do offer good integrated charting and the ability to choose the currency in which your account balance is held.
