Shipping
We will ship your to your PayPal ship-to
address as it is provided by PayPal; it is your responsibility to be
sure it is current and correct. Diaper covers will ship within 3
business days of payment received. Solo Flyer AIOs will be shipped as
soon as they are completed; you will recieve an email with an estimated
completion and shipping date. Your package will go by USPS first class
mail with delivery confirmation.
Additional Charges: If you
prefer another method of shipping or if you wish to purchase insurance
- please go ahead and pay for your purchase as usual. Then contact us
immediately and we will email you about the additional amount that must
be paid before your order is shipped.
Guarantee
Fishnoodle Industries LLC does not want to sell anything less than a
quality, well-made product. Every item is guaranteed for the first 45
days after the shipping date, so long as the care instructions have
been followed. If there is a problem, the item will be repaired or
replaced at the discretion of Fishnoodle Industries LLC. Please email shop@fishnoodles.com
before sending the item. USPS first class shipping to us and back to
you will be paid by us.
Returns
If you are uncertain whether our
products will work for you, please consider ordering just one item.
While we love large orders, first and foremost we want you to be happy.
The original purchaser may return any diaper or cover in
unused, unwashed condition, to be mailed back within 10 days of receipt
by the customer (as shown by USPS delivery confirmation). Snaps
must be fastened closed. Open snaps damage fabric in transit and
will void the return refund. Send the package to: Fishnoodle Industries
LLC, 2874 Foxfire Dr, Saint Louis MO 63129. The item must be
received by Fishnoodle Industries LLC in new, unwashed condition. In
the case of a return, Fishnoodle Industries LLC does not cover the
return shipping.
