How it works:

 

1. Fill out the Request Block form for the out-of-area competitions needing hotel accommodations.

                          * You and your parents will be assigned a Team Representative to                                 have contact with throughout the travel season to handle any                                 questions you may have, or to request information from.

                          * Receive the most competitive group rates to chose from without                                 any hidden cost, booking fees, or contracts!

                          * As many complimentary rooms as possible for your staff. *

 

2. Attach your personalized team travel site to your gym website allowing you and your parents to view hotel details, deadline information, directions, and reservation access for the entire season!

 

3. Password Access to your pick-up lists to view who “has” and “has not” reserved their rooms.

 

4. Reminder Flyers for your parents as each hotel deadline approaches.

 

5.          Receive CASH donations after EVERY competition we coordinate travel              for. Funds can be used however best fits the needs of the team whether it              be for equipment, parties, uniform accessories, in-house sponsorship, or              a donation to a charity….*

*Donations are sent within 4-6 weeks after each out-of-area competition and typically range between $200-$3000, depending on gym size.
