Red Ball PENNEBAKER MEMORABILIA
flute Powder Horn and Pouch WPP

A powder horn and leather shot pouch belonging probably to Wyand P. PENNEBAKER, Jr. are Civil War era relics found in the "woods" near their Tippah County, MS home.  Initials, WPP, and the date, 1860, are cut into the horn. There are several sets of initials on the flute, including WPP. All items shown were in possession of Fred E. Pennebaker for many years.
