 After several Reiki treatments from Igor, I have come to appreciate the spiritual aspects of the program, putting myself more freely into the hands of the therapist and the hands of my God. So far I have also been able to reduce the anxiety and tension medications that seem to come with adult age. I have found Igor's treatments to be a wonderful experience. The Reiki he gives me has almost totally eliminated the chronic pain that I experienced from fibromyalgia. It has helped dramatically with the chronic pain in my left hip caused by a ragged hip joint combined with arthritis. It has helped with migraines and neck pain. It has also helped me to relax. I have never been good at meditation or relaxation methods, but Igor's Reiki makes it easy for me to relax and I have found it to be very soothing. I have suffered with severe pain in my hip for many years, and have been through a very wide range of treatments. Everything I have tried over the years with the guidance of my doctor has only ever provided short term easing of the tension in the tissues of my muscles. I have been forced to use heavy pain killers regularly, which I loathe and feel mess my body up more than help it. They do not eliminate any tension in the muscles or joint and merely make me not care about my discomfort.
The only treatment that has actually relaxed the deep tissues and relieved the pain completely in my joint is Reiki therapy. When I first had the treatment with Igor, I was so shocked at the dramatic relaxing of the muscles in my hip, leg, back and throughout my body that I did not believe it. I didn't remember what it felt like not to have the pain.
Igor was very calm and reassuring to me, his manner put me at ease throughout the session. I felt the benefit of his naturally healing hands straight away, and for a long time after the session.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable about many ways I could improve my lifestyle to promote further healing and my well-being.
I felt healed on a spiritual and physical level, and for that I am so grateful to Igor.
I would recommend Reiki with Igor to anyone, as it is so very uplifting and positive a treatment. Igor has healing hands, and takes his work very seriously. I think anyone would be impressed after one session.

With my first planned visit to America to my friends' wedding I was not looking forward to the long flight, as I suffer from an ongoing sciatica problem. I did not realize that my friend's husband practiced Reiki, and when he first offered me a session to help with my pain I had no idea what to expect.
As I laid there on the bed, very skeptical, I had this overwhelming sense of relaxation. I was so relaxed that I almost went to sleep!
I felt an overall sense of peace and at one with God. Soon I felt the tension go in my muscles and joints and the pain eased. In fact, the pain from my severe sciatica was completely gone and I did not need to use my pain killers at all afterwards or during my flight home to the UK.
It's a bit of a long way to come back for another Reiki session, but with the positive result from this session I would seriously consider finding a Reiki healer in England.
