the week. 2) Using Sounds on your computer There are many so called experts telling you to be properly motivated towards your goals all you have to do is put pictures of the item all over your office, home, bathroom, car, everywhere you go. Also many of them tell you to visualize you attaining it. How often has that really worked for you? For me that does not always do the trick. BUT THIS DOES!!! (When you come to this webpage the first time and click on the sounds, your computer will store them in a temporary file and depending on the speed of your computer this can take some time. But once it's downloaded, it will be quicker to access the sounds) I just recently developed another way to keep me constantly aware of these goals all day long and to be constantly motivated to reaching them. I get the sense of hearing involved in my affirmations. I find sounds that represent these goals and put them into my computer. The key element about this method is to get as many of the senses involved. The more the better!!! If you can also get your sense of smell involved to, it is a sure winner!! I'm going to give you an idea of some of the goals I have that I want to reach. The first one is to buy a classic 1966 or 1967 Cherry Red Corvette convertible with stick shift and a small block V8 engine. (These are not real corvette sounds, but they are the closest I could find and they do the trick for me!!) But the pictures are real!! I look at them and listen to the sounds!! And boy does that really help me get motivated!!! Also I go to the local 'Classic Car' Dealership and touch, get in, and drive the car. I get all the senses involved and my motivation SCREAMS Get this car now!!!! Starting Peeling Rubber

List all the things that you want to accomplish and put them in order starting with the ones you hate to do the most, and so on. Then write down next to it what reward, that is very meaningful to you, that you will receive when you actually accomplish this first item. When you do accomplish the first task, give your self the reward. Take a break and savor the reward.
Do you have a large project that needs to be done? Well how do you eat an elephant? ONE BITE AT A TIME. All you have to do is constantly take ‘little bites’ out of you project until it is devoured.
