Capt. Cadaver
1>Animal Transformation - Self: Cadaver has shown that he can transform into various animals (wolf, bat, and rat). These animals have the stats as for regular animals of that type. He can transform with In40 ability.
2>Animal Control: Cadaver has also expressed the ability to control various animals with In40 ability.
3>Life Support: He can survive in an environment up to Rm30. He stills needs to feed periodically, but he has no other needs.
4>Recovery: His body naturally heals itself of most wounds. He can do so with Am50 ability.
5>Regeneration: His has also regenerated body parts. When the blessed stake was taken from his heart he had a fully complete new body within minutes.
6>Mind Control: Cadaver has a mental link with those he has bitten. he has not shown that he can effect a mental link with those he's not been in contact with. This mental link allows him to mentally control the person he has the link with. This mental control has a rank of In40
7>Infravision: His eyes are attuned to the darkness.
8>Resistances: Cadaver is hightly resistant (In40) to disease, poisons, magic, and mental attacks.
9>Vampirism: Those who are bitten or clawwed by Cadaver must make a END feat against Am50 poison, or themselves be afflicted by vampirism. The gestation period between the time of acquiring it and the onset of vampiric tendencies are estimated to be about 24 hours. Those who become vampires have all the abilites listed above, but at lower ranks.
10>Claws/Teeth: Cadaver can attack with either his claws, or his teeth, both of which do up to In40 damage when they successfully hit.
1>Sunlight: It is believed that Cadaver is susceptible to sunlight. This theory has not been proven however.
2>Wooden Stake: A wooden stake has been specially blessed by the Pope that can stop Cadaver. It must be passed through the heart to stop Cadaver from rising again. It is believed that Cadaver is so powerful that a regular wooden stake would not stop him.
3>Holy Water: it is believed that water blessed by a firm believer in God would cause damage to Cadaver, but that is also unproven.

HISTORY: Very little is known about the being called Capt. Cadaver. He predates the "time of the black death", and by the words of the Doctor (Dr. Who), has evolved from human to what he is now. His killing spree in Cleveland in the 1940's was stopped by Mike the Elder. He somehow rose again to terorize Cleveland in 1992. The LEGION had to go back in time to stop Cadaver from being freed, with the help of the Doctor. Cadaver was recaptured and was put into a cryo cell aboard the TARDIS, where it's believed he will never bother mankind again. (NOTE: These adventures are detailed under Heaven & Hell)
Capt. Cadaver has an odd habit of speaking in rhyme. The Doctor has hypothesized that Cadaver is suffering from some genetic disorder that is irreversible. Those who are bitten by Cadaver have been cured by quick exposure to the Cell Regeration Vaults aboard the TARDIS. It is unknown if the technology occurs in our world to reverse the genetic damage caused by a bite of claw from Cadaver.
