Charter Communications CTV14 is your public access channel which is found on Channel 14 in the basic cable lineup. We have a studio and portable equipment available to residents in our FRANCHISE AREA (to see what towns are in our area click HERE). We offer free training and use of our equipment for the creation of programming for CTV14. Many people have their own cameras and simply bring in tapes to air on CTV14.
