1. You must live within Charter's 16 town FRANCHISE AREA

2. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you each time you use the equipment

3. Any use of Charter's Public Access Equipment, must be done so with the intent of creating programs for CTV14.

4. All programs must abide by Charter's Public Access RULES.

5. You must submit an original USER'S CONTRACT, PROPOSAL and EQUIPMENT USE APPLICATION before training.
