In order for us to help you get started making a show there are a few things that you need to know and do.

1. You must live within one of these 16 towns: Ashford, Brooklyn, Canterbury, Chaplin, Columbia, Coventry, Eastford, Hampton, Lebanon, Mansfield, Pomfret, Scotland, Thompson, Willington, Windham, Woodstock

2. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you each time you use the equipment. The legal guardian must accept all responsiblity for program content and CTV's equipment.

3. Any use of Charter's Public Access Equipment must be done so with the intent of creating public access programming for airing on CTV.

4. All programs must abide by Charter's Public Access rules.

5. You must submit an original Access User Contract, Proposal, Transmission Application and Equipment Use Contract before your show is approved.
