Links -
Seen below are some links to other sites of interest.  I could list hundreds of energy/water management sites but thought it just as well to point you to those sites where the effort has  already been made.   Also, these sites are likely to be updated often.

Irrigation Association Links Page - National and international links assembled by the Irrigation Association.

CalFed Links Page - Important California water and energy links.  "CalFed" is the name given to a consortium of Federal and California State agencies charged with finding a "solution" to all of the problems facing the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta.  This "solution" will basically affect the future of California.   The initial "Preferred Alternative" has been announced (as of Fall, 1999) and as expected, very few like it.  This situation is interesting as an example of just about every type of water resources management problem in the world, and some of the most modern approaches to solving them.

Trickle-L - Forum for practical applications of irrigation technology - also an extensive links page.

California Energy Commission Links Page - Extensive listing of energy management sites.

The Energy Guy - A very interesting site concerned with all types/manner of energy management.

CREST Links Page - Comprehensive listing of world-wide energy management information.

Wateright - This site is a production of the Center for Irrigation Technology (CIT) on the Fresno State University campus in Fresno, CA.  It provides water management knowledge for both landscape and production agriculture irrigation and contains an extensive links page.

This site developed with MS FrontPage 98.  It is best viewed on a SVGA display with 16-bit color using MS Internet Explorer 4.* or equivalent.
