Game Room - Bosconian

Bosconian is a great game. It's one of the first games with the notion of "continue"s, where you pump in more quarters to keep the game going. Fortunately, you can turn it off with the DIP switches, because nothing kills the home playability of a game than unlimited "continue"s.

You control a spaceship that moves in eight directions, and shoots from the front and rear simultaneously. Your goal is to destroy all the green space stations on each level, either by knocking out all the "pods" or hitting their central "cores". In addition to the bases shooting back at you, squadrons of alien fighters and space mines threaten your spaceship.

This game is also a work-in-progress. I've got some board problems right now (doh!), and have yet to acquire side or kickplate art for the cabinet.
