Ramsey-Erdmann Construction was formed to provide custom energy efficient homes or additions to homes in the Rochester area. We are a Certified Concrete Home Specialist. and a MN Licenced HVAC contractor. We utilize high efficiency heating and cooling equipment with radiant floor heating in much of the home. ICF homes have many benefits over ‘stick built’ construction.

We have a professional engineer on staff who will ‘right size’ and design the system for the home. ICF homes require 15-30% smaller heating and cooling units, saving both 1st cost and energy costs. We specialize in various options and the benefits and costs will be explained to the customer. We specialize in radiant heat and mini-duct air distribution systems using either standard or high efficiency water heaters or mini-boilers. We also have installed geothermal systems and handle ‘Hydron’, the world’s most efficient geothermal heat pump.

We have a combined 50 years of experience in design and construction and can provide you with the home of your dreams.
