As you can see I use a 2-tier, 3 keg system. I owe a lot of credit for the ideas here to many of the web pages I have seen that have been posted by homebrewers.
The kegs (16 gallon, half-barrel kegs) and stuff sit on a frame I made from 1 1/2 inch slotted angle stock I picked up at a local home improvement store. Besides the 3 kegs, the frame holds the pump, plumbing, my counterflow wort chiller, 2 propane burners and the on/off switch for the pump. The kegs rest directly on lengths of 1 inch solid angle stock that span the width of the frame. The wheels at one end add greatly to the mobility of this setup.
