Obit: Word was received here Sunday of the death of Mrs. Lucille Stratton, 62, of Denver, Colo. A Morgan county native, she died Sunday morning, Jan. 2, in a Denver hospital after a long illness. She was born Dec. 16, 1903 in McConnelsville, a daughter of the late Amos and Anna Richardson. Mrs. Stratton spent her childhood in McConnelsville before leaving the area about 30 years ago. Surviving are a son, richard Stratton of Denver, a daughter, Mrs. Marilyn Sheridan of Honolulu; a sister Mrs. B.H. Jones of St. Petersburg, Fla; a brother, Offord Richardson of McConnelsville; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Burial was in Denver.
