Albert H. Dugan's Obit in Daily Courier, 1890 One of the early pioneers of Zanesville. Albert H. Dugan listed his father-in-law as "I. Wines". While looking for the graves of James A. and George R. Dugan, an obelisk marker was found in the vicinity to the wife of Issachar Wines. We have confirmed that Issachar was their grandfather.
