Minutes for April, 2000 Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 6:40 PM. There were thirteen (11) members in attendance. Minutes of the January meeting were read. The treasurer reported an account balance of $1182.50. One new member joined by paying the dues at the field.
Most of the meeting was used to discuss getting a club charter through AMA. The club secretary showed the charter package supplied by AMA and the options were discussed. A motion was made and seconded to apply for charter through AMA. It was determined that all of the club officers would have to be AMA members before the application could be submitted. Each of the club officers agreed to notify the secretary when they received their AMA membership and the secretary would send the application for the charter.
Due to the club not being covered my insurance, the club fun-fly was postponed indefinitely.
The meeting adjourned at 7:25 PM.
