Minutes for March, 2001 Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 6:35 PM. There were nine (9) members in attendance. Minutes of the previous meeting were read. The treasurer reported a previous balance of $989. Payments were made of $60 to Clinon Lambert for mowing and $38 to AMA for Clinon's membership dues for a balance of $891. Dues received amounted to $230 to be deposited.

Membership cards were give to members in attendance.

A "get well" card was signed for Dwight McGriff.

There was more discussion of repairs to the driveway and parking area. There has been additional damage to the driveway due to recent rains. Further study of the problem is going to be done and reported before any action is taken. Clinon Lambert reported that his son can deliver gravel for $200 per load. Glen Taylor volunteered to do tractor work.

The meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM.
