The Silhouette IV was thoroughly tested in prototype prior to being manufactured. The Silhouette IV is an F3A model designed to take advantage of the latest FAI rules and features a "two piece" wing and can be powered with Electic or any of the current 1.20 - 1.60 size two stroke and four stroke engines. We at RC Model Enterprises use the latest technology in manufacturing our kits. Nomex Honeycomb is featured in the Glass/Carbon Epoxy fuselage, which is cured in an oven under extreme vacuum to give a stronger, lighter and stiffer fuselage than ever thought possible.
