Old Business--- Increase in dues   International has raised dues for Active/Associate  members   7 to 13

4 to 7 social/honorary.  We need to raise our dues.  MaIV dues will be as follows;

Charter/Active/Associate from  $15 to $25 annually  ($13 to international annually) effective For 2008 chapter year

Social/Honorary from $10 to $15 annually ($7 to international annually) effective for 2008 chapter year

International requires annual dues be paid to international by January 15th

 

Draft Letter to send to all members for dues.   Reply with check and contact information including phone # and email.  Reply by January 2008 meeting or you will be dropped from the roster. I will include my email addy to respond.

 

New Business— nominations for officers  in December.  Annual meeting to be held in December for nominations meeting will  be held at local restaurant. Tom will discuss with Spike and Paul Brosnihan.

 

Draft up “goings on letter”.  Fire academy, fire museum, apple pie, convention, fallen brother’s memorial, trolley museum use home page on website.

Runs coming up --

Law Enforcement Torch Run—Sunday 21 2007  Reg 9-11am ride leaves 11am from Effins Bar and Grill 325 Farnum Pike  Smithfield, RI 02917—Smithfield Firefighters.    Meet at Oxford Mobil  @ 8:15am kickstands up @ 8:30.
