DUES       need to be paid  for 2008 --  $25 for Active Associate & Charter     $15 for Social or Associate      DUES

 

Secretary report- read and accepted

Old business- December’s meeting will be held at CFD in Charlton.  Januarys meeting will be held off site. (site to be determined)

 Members  owing back dues will be notified via snail mail.   I will check to figure out who.

 

Nominations for officers will be held in December.

 

Letters were sent out to all members last month, detailing goings on over the summer and upcoming nominations

for of RKMAIV executive board.

 

Discussion was had on where to hold January’s meeting.  Possibly at Halligan’s bar in Auburn. Or The Firehouse

in Webster  meeting at 7pm  January 11 2008  or 2-3 pm January 12 .  Data and time still open for discussion.
