Old business

Fill the boot ride –  Ware FD.  Saturday May 17^th 2008. Meet at CFD @ 8:15am, Kickstands up at 8:30am

Polish Hall 61 Joslyn road. Hardwick, Ma. 01037  Registration 8-10am  Ride departs 10:30.  Cookout to follow ride

 $20 per bike (includes passenger)

Sunday May 18, 2008 – Marks Ride--Poker run from Halligan's Bar in Auburn across from Sheldon’s HD.

 $20 per person.   9-11am  registration 11:30 ride starts.  RKMAIV will meet at Halligan’s 9:30am.

Eboard meeting Thursday June 5, 2008 at Americade , Lake George FD.

Tom has emailed Steve Mickle regarding RKMAIV hosting this year’s State rep. meeting.

Agenda to include; RK plates, Fallen brother memorial ride, RKMA memorial upkeep. Also to discuss new bike clubs springing up in area.

 

New business

Tom will contact Vista business cards to inquire with them about providing business cards for RKMAIV e-board.

Spike has taken 12 (6 mast/6 antenna) flags to the Dixie rally in Myrtle Beach.  We will wait until he returns to see

 what he has left. We will then place an order for additional so we will have 8 mast and 8 antenna available for sale at Americade.

Convention 2008- Sandusky , Ohio- registration is $65.  Rooms are reasonable (max 2-room suite about $150)

Correspondence

Vietnam Vets Memorial run and BBQ – Sunday May 25^th 2008. Ride will start at the American Legion Post 129 on elm street

in Gardner and end at the Gardner Fish and Gun club on Clark st. in Gardner. Tickets are $20 for ride and BBQ(single)

$30 for rider and passenger for ride and BBQ.

 There will a stop during the ride at the Cathedral of the Pines in Rindge, NH. 

There will be a raffle to win a 2008 Heritage Softail Classic for $20 ticket. 2000 tickets maximum will be sold.
