Christian Kuntz jr.
Agreement between Christian Kuntz jr., as Grantor, and Margaret Kuntz, as
Grantee, recorded 29 Nov 1884 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Dodge
County, Wisconsin in 132 Agreements 1884.
In return to the deed to the farm, Christian agreed to pay his mother the
following items each year:
- $40
- 10 bushels of good, clean wheat
- 10 bushels of potatoes
- 100 lbs. of good pork
- 10 dozen hens eggs as needed
- 2 lbs. of butter each week
- 1 quart of good milk each day
- firewood
- allow her to reside in and have the full use and control of the old house
on the land conveyed to Christian
- to furnish her ready-made clothing suitable for her use and wear
- to take care of her when sick and provide for a suitable funeral
- if his mother chooses to live elsewhere, to pay her $1000 within 6 months
of her provision of notice of movement
