Agreement between Frank Wolfgram, as Grantor, and Johann Wolfgram and his wife, as Grantees, dated 13 Jan 1882 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Dodge County, Wisconsin in Volume 10 of Bonds, Page 170.

In consideration for the deed to the above-described lands, Frank agreed to provide his parents each year the following items:

  1. $40
  2. 20 bushels of wheat
  3. 20 bushels of potatoes
  4. 20 cabbage heads
  5. 16 dozen eggs
  6. 1 hog weighing 200 lbs.
  7. the 1/3 part of the apples
  8. all fuel, to be prepared for the stove
  9. food, pasture and stabling for 1 cow
  10. to leave his parents in quiet and peaceable possession of part of the house on the land
  11. the use of part of the cellar
  12. the use of 1/4 acre of land for a garden
  13. the use of the well and all roads and paths on the farm
  14. the use of horses and a wagon from time to time
  15. to take care of his parents and do all housework when they are sick
  16. if Johann leaves the farm, then Frank is to pay $500
