wife, as Grantees, dated 13 Jan 1882 and recorded in the Office of the Register

In consideration for the deed to the above-described lands, Frank agreed to
provide his parents each year the following items:
- $40
- 20 bushels of wheat
- 20 bushels of potatoes
- 20 cabbage heads
- 16 dozen eggs
- 1 hog weighing 200 lbs.
- the 1/3 part of the apples
- all fuel, to be prepared for the stove
- food, pasture and stabling for 1 cow
- to leave his parents in quiet and peaceable possession of part of the
house on the land
- the use of part of the cellar
- the use of 1/4 acre of land for a garden
- the use of the well and all roads and paths on the farm
- the use of horses and a wagon from time to time
- to take care of his parents and do all housework when they are sick
- if Johann leaves the farm, then Frank is to pay $500
