Agreement between Johann George Soldner, jr., as Grantor, and Johann George
Soldner and E. Charlotte Soldner, as Grantees, recorded 4 Mar 1874 in the Office
of the Register of Deeds for Dodge County, Wisconsin in Volume 9 of
Miscellaneous, Page 61.

In return for the deed to the above-described lands, Johann agreed to give
his parents each year the following items:
- 60 bushels of wheat
- 30 bushels of good potatoes
- 2 fat hogs, each 225 lbs. butchered and salted in barrels
- 250 eggs
- the necessary cabbage
- 1/3 part of all apples
- the necessary cut firewood
- the necessary oil for burning
- to leave them in quiet and peaceable possession of the log building
portion of the dwelling house and to give them use of part of the cellar
- to do all housework and to attend to them if ill
- if parents should move, to pay their house rent and to carry the
above-mentioned items to them without payment if within a 6 mile radius
- parents can dispossess the children if they do not keep up the terms
contained above
