JOHANN KOHN

Johann Kohn was born 16 Sept 1824 at House 7/8 in Rissmannschallbach, Bavaria, Germany--a small
village outside of the city of Feuchtwangen. He was the son of George
Michael Kohn and Eva Maria Schneider. He married Maria Magarethe in 1847.
He died 20 Sept 1890 and is buried in the cemetery at Trinity Lutheran Church.
NOTE:
Johann was usually referred to as John to distinguish him from his brother, John
Michael, who was known as Michael or J.M.
Maria Margarethe was born 17 June 1827 near Feuchtwangen, Bavaria, the daughter of Johann Matthias Schulein. She died 9 May 1890 and is buried on the cemetery at Trinity Lutheran Church.

1. Christian born 16 Dec 1848
in the Town of Lowell. He married Louisa Ernestine Steindorf on 19 Oct
1871 at Trinity Lutheran Church. He died 26 Mar 1921.
2. John born 12 July 1850 in the Town of Lowell. He married Maria Louisa Goebel on 20 Mar 1873 at Trinity Lutheran Church. He died 27 Mar 1898.
3. George born 24 Dec 1852 in the Town of Lowell. He died 13 May 1874.
4. Frederick born 19 Nov 1854 in the Town of Lowell. He married Wilhelmine Seuser on 16 Nov 1876 at Trinity Lutheran Church. He died 26 Dec 1898.
5. Phillip William (a/k/a P.W.) born 1 Aug 1857 in the Town of Lowell. He married Anna Wobig on 22 Jan 1880. He died 14 Oct 1916.
6. Johann Carl (a/k/a Charles) born 2 Oct 1859 in the Town of Lowell. He married Anna Louisa Christman on 3 Jan 1884 at Trinity Lutheran Church. He died 17 April 1936.
7. Christian August born 7 Oct 1861 in the Town of Lowell. He married Theresa Kohls on 21 Dec 1882.
8. Margarethe Louise born 3 May 1864. She married Peter Reinhard 21 Sept 1882 at Trinity Lutheran Church. She died 16 Oct 1918.
9. Maria Emilie (a/k/a Amelia) born 19 Sept 1866 in the Town of Lowell. She married Franz (a/k/a Frank) Heinig on 17 Feb 1887 at Trinity Lutheran Church. She died 3 Jun 1952.
10. Wilhelmine Ida Louise born 13 Dec 1868 in the Town of Lowell. She married Theodore Hachenberger in 1890. After his death she married Julius Knaak on 28 Aug 1907.
11. Julius Albert born 6 Aug 1873 in the Town of Lowell. He married Anna Sophie Lena Christman on 7 Nov 1894. He died 13 Dec 1949.
